Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of soda
    1 egg
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Shape into patties or drop by large tablespoon into 1/4-inch hot oil. Cook on both sides until golden.
