Kings Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. popped corn (hot air only)
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 200\u00b0.
    Have popped corn in 2 large bowls or pans. In saucepan, heat sugar, oleo, syrup, soda and salt, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around the edges. Cook slowly for about 5 minutes.
    Pour over popped corn and stir well.
    Place in 2 ungreased large pans.
    Bake in oven 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes, until well coated. When cool, store in airtight containers to retain freshness.
