Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can raspberries, undrained (or use frozen with syrup)
Milk (see directions below for amount)
6 c. French bread chunks, slightly packed (or bread of choice)
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter a 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Combine the can of raspberries with enough milk to make 4 cups. Pour this over the bread chunks. Stir and set aside. In another bowl, combine the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until mixed. Combine the egg mixture with the bread mixture and pour it into the prepared pan. Bake for about an hour or until set. Serve with White Chocolate Sauce.
