Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In a large bag add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until all coated.
Place in a shallow baking pan.
Bake 40 minutes until tender and brown.
