Rich Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix ingredients in saucepan and cook until thick, about 10 minutes.
Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue. Sprinkle coconut onto meringue and bake until brown.
