Brunch Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cheese croutons
10 to 12 oz. sharp cheese, grated
12 beaten eggs
4 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. cooked bacon, sausage or ham
Preparation

Grease 9 x 12-inch or 8 x 12-inch ovenproof casserole dish. Put in croutons on the bottom.
Next, add the cheese and then the beaten eggs in milk.
Let stand overnight or for one hour in the refrigerator.
