College Caesar Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 bottle Ken's Steakhouse lite Caesar dressing
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in dressing for 10 minutes.
    Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes on medium-low heat using entire contents of dressing. Check to make sure chicken is fully cooked.
    Serve chicken on bed of rice.
    Pour hot dressing over chicken and rice.
    Serves 4.
