Misoyaki Butterfish - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. shoyu
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Sake
green onions

Preparation

Soak overnight.
Wrap each fish in foil individually, adding sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
