Buffet Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless sirloin steak
    1 1/2 c. mushrooms
    1/2 c. green peppers
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. beef stock
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute beef in butter until brown.
    Add mushrooms, green peppers and onions.
    Mix flour with sour cream, stirring well to thicken.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Serve over hot buttered noodles.
