Sausage Spaghetti Spirals - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1 med. green pepper, chopped
5 c. spiral pasta, cooked & drained
1 jar (28 oz.) meatless spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook sausage & green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in pasta & spaghetti sauce. Mix well. Transfer to a greased 13 X 9 X 2 baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer until cheese is melted. Serves 10.
