Yogurt Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. low-fat peach yogurt
    2 c. whole bran cereal
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/3 c. shredded carrots
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. light oil
    2 egg whites
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine yogurt and cereal.
    Mix lightly.
    Add raisins, carrots, sugar, oil and egg whites; mix well.
    Combine dry ingredients and add to cereal mixture.
    Stir just until moistened.
    Spoon into paper-lined muffin pan, filling each almost full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 1 dozen.
