Mushroom-Broccoli Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
5 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c. (4 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) can corn, drained
1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In saucepan, bring broth and broccoli to boiling.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Set aside.
Cook mushrooms and onions in oleo.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Add milk; cook and stir until thickened.
Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Add broccoli with broth, corn and pimiento; heat through.
Serves 6.
