Corn Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 extra large eggs
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed and drained
2 medium green peppers, diced or blended
1/2 stick butter, melted
8 oz. sour cream
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1/2 c. corn meal
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 small onion, diced or blended
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 dash red pepper
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a bowl (if too liquidy, add more corn meal).
Mix well.
Put into 2 well-greased 9-inch pie pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until top is golden and semi-hard.
