Baked Rice-Tomato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup raw rice
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 1/2 pound ground hamburger
    3 cups tomato juice
    1 small size bottle stuffed olives, sliced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    season to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil.
    Add meat and cook until brown and crumbly.
    Add rice, tomato juice, olives.
    (easy on the salt.) Bake in a slow oven, (325 degrees) for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add liquid if necessary.
    This dish can be prepared ahead of time and then baked.
