Beef Ribs(Tangy Hot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef short ribs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 medium onion, chopped medium fine
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
Preparation
    Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper.
    Arrange on a rack in a foil lined roasting pan (12 x 9 x 1-inch).
    Roast, uncovered, in preheated hot oven until browned for about 30 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
