Jim'S Chili(Makes 5 Gallons) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lb. hamburger
3 (16 oz.) cans dark kidney beans
3 (16 oz.) cans light kidney beans
3 (40 oz.) cans hot chili beans
4 (48 oz.) cans tomato juice
5 (28 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. celery salt
3 Tbsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. chili powder (hot)
3 to 5 oz. Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 lb. onions, diced and sauted in butter
1/2 gal. water

Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 hours.
