Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix together and pour in pie shell.
    Bake 15 minutes in preheated oven at 425\u00b0, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
