Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. green pepper (optional)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients.
    Add salmon and bread crumbs.
    Bake in greased loaf pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
