Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

pork chops
raw sliced potatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
Preparation

Brown the pork chops in a frying pan.
When both sides are browned, drain off any fat.
Add slices of raw potatoes over the pork chops.
Pour a large can of tomato sauce over the potaotes and pork chops.
Cover and simmer over low heat for an hour or until chops are tender and the potatoes are done.
