Spinach And Cheese Cannelloni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 lb. pkg. chopped spinach
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. basil
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Cook lasagne; drain.
Cut each strip crosswise in half.
Cook spinach in small amount of water 5 minutes; drain well.
Cool.
Mix spinach, butter, cottage cheese, nutmeg, basil, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
Place 1 tablespoon spinach mixture in center of each lasagna half.
Roll up, beginning at narrow end. Place rolls, seam side down, in greased casserole.
Cover with white sauce and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Bread crumbs and dots of butter may be used on casserole before baking.
