Chicken Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boiled, drained and shredded
1 can tamales (remove paper), smashed
1 can Ro-Tel, drained
1 can tomatoes, crushed and drained (small)
1 can cream of chicken
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
salt and pepper
1 pkg. Mexican-style with jalapeo shredded cheese
Preparation

Mix everything together except for cheese. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serve with Fritos Scoops.
