Stroganoff For Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts
    1 stalk celery tops
    3 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 lb. ground beef (meat loaf mixture)
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. milk
    1 pkg. carrots and peas
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 small can chopped pimento
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of cayenne
    10 oz. pkg. frozen shrimp
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts (halved) with 4 cups water, the tops from a full stalk of celery and 2 1/2 teaspoons salt for about 30 minutes or until tender.
    Remove the chicken.
    Cool, skin and cut into chunks.
    Reserve broth.
