Chilled Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. tomato juice
    1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    grated rind of 1 1/2 limes
    1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. lime juice
    6 small onions (green)
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    3/4 tsp. ground thyme
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Combine first 10 ingredients in a large pitcher, stirring well; chill 4 to 6 hours.
