"Hardee" Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
    melted butter
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar and baking powder.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add buttermilk.
    Top with melted butter before baking.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Makes 9 \"Hardees\" large biscuits or 12 regular size.
