Holubtsi(Stuffed Cabbage) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, core removed
4 c. cooked rice
1 lb. uncooked ground beef
1 large chopped onion
1 small garlic clove, chopped
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 beaten egg
salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Place cabbage in large pot of boiling, salted water.
Remove leaves, 1 at a time, as they come off and are still crisp. Let cool in drainer.
Cut away enough of thick vein to make easy to roll.
Yields about 20 leaves.
