Microwave Almond Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. finely chopped almonds
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Microwave butter and sugar in glass bowl on High for 1 minute. Beat until smooth.
    Microwave 4 minutes, then stir in 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
    Microwave another 2 minutes or until thick.
    Beat with wire whisk.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan lined with buttered foil.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips.
    Let stand covered for 4 minutes. Spread chips and sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts.
    Let sit until chocolate is firm.
    Peel off foil and break into pieces.
    Store in fridge.
