Creamy Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. finely chopped onion, browned in butter
1/4 c. minced pimento
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Preparation

Combine softened cheese with potatoes; mix until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and place in 1 1/2-quart greased casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
