Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and sugar together in large bowl and set aside.
Beat eggs in a bowl until thick with peaks.
Add and blend in milk and butter, then add dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
Makes 5 dozen at about 3 inches each.
