Fish Fillets In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets (fresh or frozen - trout, flounder, etc.)
    3 tomatoes, sliced
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. crushed basil
    1/3 c. dry white wine or cooking wine
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Skin fillets.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place fillets in a single layer in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Arrange tomatoes over top of fillets.
    Blend flour into melted butter in small saucepan.
    Add milk gradually and cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and stir in wine and basil.
    Pour sauce over top of tomatoes.
