Sourdough Bread And Biscuits(Makes 2 Dozen Biscuits) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand 5 minutes. Combine flour and sugar in a medium size non-metal bowl; mix well. Gradually stir in yeast mixture. Cover loosely with plastic wrap or cheesecloth and let stand in a warm place (80\u00b0 to 85\u00b0) for 10 to
    12 hours. Yield: about 2 1/2 cups.
