Toasted Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pecan halves
1 egg white
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
Preparation

Lightly beat 1 egg white.
Add pecan halves; mix thoroughly with spoon until all pecans are coated.
Mix the sugar, cinnamon and salt together.
Sprinkle over pecan halves; mix thoroughly. Pour onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
