Skillet Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ears fresh corn
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cut corn off cob.
    Scrape ears to get the milk and all of the kernels.
    Cook and stir all ingredients in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until margarine is melted.
    Cover and cook over low heat until corn is tender 10 to 15 minutes.
