Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix soup with sour cream.
    Mix all together.
    In a separate bowl melt 1/2 stick oleo; add and mix one tube Ritz crackers, crushed.
    Sprinkle this mixture on top of casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
