Spaghetti And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground round
1 can tomatoes, drained
1 or 2 large onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 pkg. vermicelli spaghetti
1/2 lb. strong sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Brown beef and onions.
Cook vermicelli; drain.
Mix beef, onion, pepper, cheese, tomatoes and spaghetti.
Cook over very low heat until cheese is melted and mixed in.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add water or red wine if dry.
