1 small green pepper
1 small container French onions
Creole seasoning
1 clove garlic
poultry seasoning
Preparation

Arrange chicken in covered dish.
Season chicken.
Add the green pepper, onions and garlic.
No water.
Let stand 2 hours. Cook at 300\u00b0 until tender.
