Curried Pea Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. curry powder
    4 c. water
    3 chicken stock cubes
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. mint, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook peas until tender.
    Drain and blend (puree).
    Heat butter in a pan.
    Add flour and curry powder.
    Stir until combined. Remove pan from heat.
    Gradually add water, mixing thoroughly.
