Low-Fat Quick Lemon Chicken With Sun-Dried Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lemons
    Pam
    1 pkg. sun-dried tomatoes
    1 c. bouillon
    chicken breasts
    garlic
    poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Spray casserole with Pam, lay a bed of sun-dried tomatoes and sliced lemons on top.
    Lay chicken breasts on top.
    Rub with garlic, lay another bed of sliced lemon on top.
    Pour bouillon over and sprinkle with poultry seasoning.
    Cover with tinfoil, bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
