Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. low-fat oleo
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    3 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    sprinkle with chives on top (optional)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice thin.
    Make a white sauce with oleo, flour and milk.
    Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper. Place half the potatoes in a greased baking dish.
    Cover with half the sauce.
    Repeat potatoes and sauce.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven, covered, for 1 hour, then uncover and bake until brown.
