Hawaiian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Combine all ingredients. Mix in 2 to 3 tablespoons reserved juice.
Serve on sliced croissants.
