Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 chicken, boiled and boned
    6 to 8 tortillas
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil.
    Add chilies and soups; heat thoroughly. In casserole dish, lay tortillas in bottom.
    Add chopped chicken and cover with sauce.
    Top with rest of tortillas.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add grated cheese and bake for 10 more minutes. For more moist enchiladas, add 1 cup chicken broth when the top layer of tortillas is added.
