Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice
    1 c. cold water
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 large apple, chopped (1 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add frozen apple juice. Stir until melted.
    Add cold water, yogurt and mayonnaise.
    Beat smooth with rotary beater.
    Chill until partially set.
    Fold in chopped apples.
    Put in six-cup mold.
    Set overnight in refrigerator.
