Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Mix sugar, 2 cups warm water and flour.
    Add yeast mixture to flour mixture.
    Place in bowl and cover with cloth or loose lid at room temperature for 5 days.
    Use to make Sourdough Bread.
