Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can either soup
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
    dash of salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. diced onion
    2 stalks celery, diced
    2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli or 1 each broccoli and cauliflower
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Grease casserole pan or dish.
    Mix together and stir first 10 ingredients, add Velveeta cheese and put in pan.
    Top with 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; uncover and bake 1/2 to 1 hour.
