Country Captain Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil after dredging in flour. Place in casserole or baking pan. To make sauce, saute onion, celery and pepper in drippings. Add catsup, water, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Spoon over chicken. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until tender.
