Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. nuts
    1 box coconut (flaked)
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
