Mocha Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    4 sq. (1 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate, melted
    3 Tbsp. coffee-flavored liqueur or black coffee
    1 chocolate wafer crumb crust (9-inch)
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Stir in chocolate and liqueur.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
    Cool.
    Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
    Serves 8.
