Curry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef (or leftover beef, pork roast or chicken, cut bite-size)
1 Tbsp. oil
2 large potatoes, diced
1 carrot, diced small
6 c. water
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 1/4 c. water
3 tsp. salt
1 onion (sliced thin from top to bottom)
Preparation

Brown ground beef in oil.
Add diced potatoes and carrot.
When potatoes start to change color slightly, add 6 cups water; bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender (about 10 minutes).
While potatoes are cooking, beat until smooth flour, curry powder and 1 1/4 cups water.
When potatoes are tender, add salt, thinly sliced onion and curry mixture, stirring until smooth. Serve over hot white rice.
Makes 6 servings.
