Baked Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can beef broth
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
    12 oz. carton cottage cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown meat slowly.
    Add next 6 ingredients to meat and simmer uncovered until thick.
    Cook noodles until tender, drain and rinse in cold water.
    In separate bowl, combine cottage cheese with next 4 ingredients.
    Spoon small amount of meat mixture into 9 x 13 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Place a single layer of noodles in dish; spread 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture over noodles.
    Add 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of meat mixture.
    Repeat layers, starting with lasagna noodles. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
