Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    2 lightly beaten egg whites
    1 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Mold into loaf.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Top with cranberry sauce the last 15 minutes of baking.
