Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. sliced cucumbers (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
    1 c. diced onions
    1 c. diced green peppers
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar (cider)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a refrigerator jar.
    Marinate until ready to eat, about 5 days.
